Colorado Custom Fire Pits ships handcrafted steel fire pits and sculptures to the continental United States. Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders ship via freight carrier (LTL). Shipping rates are calculated by product weight and tier at checkout.

Shipping Rates

We use a weight-based flat rate system to provide straightforward, predictable shipping costs. Rates are determined by the shipping tier your product falls into:

Note: Shipping rates apply per order. Orders containing multiple items will be assigned to the highest applicable tier based on total shipment weight.

Free Shipping on Luxury Log Sculptures

All Luxury Log Sculpture products ship free to any address in the continental United States. Free shipping is included in the product price — no coupon or promo code required. This applies to all sizes and configurations within the Luxury Log Sculpture line.

XL & Custom Orders

Products exceeding 500 lbs, or orders requiring special freight arrangements, are quoted individually. To request a shipping quote for an XL or custom order:

Delivery Area

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

How Freight Delivery Works

Because our products are large and heavy, they ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight — not standard parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx. Here is what to expect:

• You will receive a tracking number and carrier contact information once your order ships.

• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

• Deliveries are curbside by default. The driver will bring your order to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point.

• Please have assistance available — fire pits are heavy and require more than one person to move.

• Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the paperwork and contact us immediately if damage is found.

Damaged Shipments

All orders are carefully packaged to withstand freight handling. In the rare event of shipping damage:

• Document any damage with photos before moving the product.

• Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ccfp@coloradocustomfirepits.com with photos and your order number.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or repair as appropriate.
