Refund policy

At Colorado Custom Fire Pits, we create handcrafted steel fire features designed to bring people together. Every piece is built with intention, precision, and pride. This policy outlines how we support our products while maintaining the integrity of the materials and craftsmanship that define our work.

ALL SALES & CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Due to the nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Returns are not accepted for changes in preference, project scope, or installation conditions.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT DAMAGE

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Please review the following:

• Visible damage must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.

• Concealed damage must be reported within five (5) business days with photos of packaging and product.

30-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD

Customers must inspect their product within thirty (30) days of delivery. Any cosmetic or structural defects present at delivery must be reported within this period.

STEEL LOG SCULPTURES — LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

Our steel log sculptures are built as functional works of art. We warrant them for the lifetime of the product under normal residential use against defects in craftsmanship, including weld integrity and structural failure.

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural patina and surface oxidation

• Environmental exposure or weathering

• Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

Changes in appearance over time are expected and part of the material's character.

FIRE PIT BASES — 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Fire pit bases are covered for one (1) year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, including structural or fabrication failures.

POWDER COAT FINISH — 1-YEAR LIMITED COVERAGE

Powder coat finishes are covered for one (1) year against defects in application such as peeling, flaking, or adhesion failure.

Not covered under this warranty:

• Scratches, fading, or normal wear

• Environmental exposure or rust

Outdoor finishes will evolve over time based on use and conditions.

BURNER & COMPONENT WARRANTY

Burner systems, ignition components, and related parts are covered by their respective manufacturers. Coverage typically ranges from 30 days to 1 year or more depending on the component.

REMEDY

If a valid claim is confirmed, Colorado Custom Fire Pits may repair, replace, or provide credit at its discretion. Labor, installation, and third-party costs are not included unless agreed in writing.

CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a claim, provide the following:

• Order number and delivery date

• Photos clearly showing the issue

• Description of the defect or damage
